On Kingstown’s live cohort programmes, faculty introduce key ideas and approaches, demonstrate how they work in practice and facilitate discussion around relevant professional situations. Learners then move into structured breakout sessions or guided activities to practise, observe and experience the skills for themselves, before the group returns to reflect and connect the experience back to professional practice.

How much practical experience is included?

Can I complete a programme while working?

Does completing a programme make me an ICF-credentialed coach?

Not automatically. An ICF-accredited programme can satisfy applicable coach-education requirements, but individual ICF credentials are awarded separately by the International Coaching Federation. Applicants must meet all current education, coaching-experience, mentoring, assessment and application requirements for their chosen credential.
