Dr. Paula King

Meet Our Director
Leading Kingstown College
Dr. Paula King is the CEO of Kingstown College and one of the leading voices in coaching and mentoring education. She holds a Doctorate in Psychology and an MSc in Coaching and Organisational Development from Portsmouth University, and is founder and past President of EMCC Ireland, as well as a Board Member of EMCC Global.
She is the author of Becoming a Master Coach, widely recognised as one of the most influential books in the coaching profession. As a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and EMCC Master Practitioner, Paula brings deep expertise across executive coaching, team coaching and coach supervision.
With over 20 years’ experience working with leaders across multinational organisations, SMEs and the public sector, Paula is known for her ability to combine empathy with challenge—helping individuals and teams achieve meaningful, lasting change.
