SUMMARY:Group Coaching Supervision – 25th Sep 2026
DESCRIPTION:Group Coaching Supervision \nfor Graduates of Kingstown College or other EMCC/ICF accredited programmes. \nPeriodically\, a coach will bring his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue for the professional development of the coach\, and the benefit of the client. In this confidential environment\, a second opinion can be sought on particular issues or approaches\, as well as ethical issues that may arise. The supervision process supports the reflective practice and continually raises the standards across the coaching profession. \nAre you actively coaching? If so\, you will benefit from Supervision! Coach Supervision is part of best practice for coaches and is a requirement for those who hold a credential with EMCC or ICF. \nWhen do I attend Supervision? Supervision is recommended for every 25-30 hours of coaching that have been completed\, or when a challenge has been encountered by the coach. \nHow do I prepare for Supervision? Ideally the coach attending supervision will bring 2-3 client scenarios to the conversation which the coach would like to discuss for the purpose of\, for example\, clarifying an ethical issue\, improving technique and ensuring continuing alignment with the competencies of EMCC and ICF. \nThis group supervision is facilitated by a certified Coach Supervisor. \nBook Your Place

SUMMARY:This is a test events
DESCRIPTION:It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters\, as opposed to using ‘Content here\, content here’\, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text\, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years\, sometimes by accident\, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
