Kingstown College is so proud of our Director Paula King who has been recognised as being among the 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders an award she will receive at the World HR Summit on the 16th of February at Taj Lands End Mumbai.
The 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders is intensely researched and culminates in a shortlist of Individuals worldwide who are doing extraordinary work in the profession of coaching and track the record of their achievements. The shortlist is then reviewed by a Jury comprising of senior professionals from across the globe. The criteria and competencies benchmarked are:

Our pride in Paula has not just commenced as we have watched her tireless work in the field of coaching. For a number of years, she was President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council in Ireland and has been to the forefront of pushing standards and ethics in coaching both nationally and internationally. Her passion for the profession has seen her achieving an MSc in Coaching and Development from Portsmouth University, a European Accreditation in Coach Supervision, A Master Certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming to name both some of her achievements.
