In this webinar Matt Flacks brings us through what we need to know as a coaching community about neurodiversity, especially ADHD, autism and dyslexia. From our use of language, to trait that are more prevalant in some demographics, and how this may impact our contracting as coaches and mentors.
Matt brings his knowledge of coaching as a lens to view his 15 years of experience working with neurodiverse clients. This webinar contains an essential set of knowledge for the practicing coach and those working in the organisation.
About
Matt Flacks
Matt Flacks is a certified coach who has trained with Kingstown College. He has over fifteen years of experience of working with charities, schools, organisations and individuals. His practice is guided by bespoke sensitive, developmental conversations with clients aimed at identifying and nurturing areas of personal and professional growth. His coaching mantra is Lean Into It – and he likes nothing more than helping his clients to work out what this IT might be for them.
Matt has worked extensively with adults and young people living with or around neurodiversity, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Building on his experience as a stage and screen actor, he brings a unique perspective to his coaching practice whilst also offering tailored performance, presentation and public-speaking coaching.
Matt lives in London with his partner, and offers both virtual and in-person meetings.
