What an energising day our community of Alumni!

Thriving Coaches, Thriving Clients was the them of the Kingstown College masterclass in Dublin in September 2025.

Dr. Paula King shared important content about how we can support clients who are experiencing burnout, or stress. We also looked at resilience and the role it can play. Paula’s new book ‘Post Traumatic Growth’ gave practical examples of apply the ROSE Model (developed by Paula King) in these client scenarios.

In the organisation context, we published a new whitepaper which looks at the challenges being faced by the organisations we interviewed, and how those challenges can be addressed. Eoin McDonnell shared his thoughts on the psychological cost of AI, the silent workforce reduction, and the move to measure impact of training are all featured in the content. The benefit of a coaching mindset and coaching culture is also identified as a key enabler. You can download the whitepaper here.

There was also a spotlight on communicating the coaching offering. Alan Brereton gave practical guidance on structuring your coaching packages for independent coaches, and important internal branding and marketing considerations for internal coaching programmes.
