WHAT’S INCLUDED

ICF Mentor Coaching Package

Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.

To apply for an ICF credential, you must complete 10 hours of Mentor Coaching. A minimum of three of the 10 mentoring hours must be one-on-one with the mentor coach. Group mentoring may count for a maximum of seven hours towards the mentoring requirement

ICF Mentor Coaching Package

At Kingstown College we offer Group Mentor Coaching regularly as part of an ICF Mentor Coaching Package.

This will include

  • 3 hours of One-on-One Mentor Coaching
  • 7+ hours of Group Mentor Coaching (You are welcome to access more than 7 hours by attending additional group sessions)
    • Fees: 1,500
