Her time working in multinational corporations in India further enriched her experience, adding significant depth to her understanding of diverse learner needs.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Zakiya excels in process improvement and efficiency. Her domain expertise extends to a comprehensive command of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and particularly Excel and Word Mail Merge.
