Seanie Meyler

Seanie Meyler brings a powerful blend of commercial experience and evidence-based coaching to his work with individuals, teams, and organisations across Ireland and the UK.

Beginning his career with global brands including Diageo and Imperial Tobacco, Seanie progressed from Sales Representative to Key Account Manager and Sales Manager, building a strong track record in high-performance environments. He later expanded his expertise into the SME sector, where he developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing growing businesses—particularly in driving results while developing people.

Since beginning his coaching journey in 2014, Seanie has specialised in supporting sales leaders, business owners, and sports professionals to challenge their thinking, stretch beyond their comfort zones, and take meaningful, accountable action. His approach combines commercial insight with psychological depth, enabling clients to achieve sustainable performance improvements for themselves and their teams.

A graduate of Kingstown College’s Advanced Diploma in Personal, Executive and Leadership Coaching, Seanie further deepened his practice with a Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching. In 2024, he completed an MSc in Performance Psychology at Bangor University, strengthening his ability to support high performers in demanding environments.

Seanie is an EMCC-accredited coach (Practitioner Level) and a certified Mental Health First Aider, with additional expertise in Spotlight Personality Profiling. His client portfolio includes organisations such as the Gaelic Players Association, Norbrook Laboratories, MSD Pharmaceuticals, and Donegal Local Enterprise Office, among others.

Seanie played sport at a high level and continues to compete. He played with Tyrone GAA for 10 years at minor, u-21 and senior level. More recently, Seanie has reparented the N.Ireland Masters team on 3 occasions at the British & Irish Master Cross Country Championships. He has also won Irish National medals at master’s level both on the road and indoors.

Now partnering with Kingstown College to expand its presence in Northern Ireland, Seanie brings both regional insight and a proven ability to deliver impactful coaching and development solutions.
