Michiko Lloyd

Michiko Lloyd is a partner of Kingstown College, focused on its engagement across the Benelux region. Based in Belgium, she is a true international citizen with British, European, and Japanese heritage, and has lived and worked across Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Michiko is an active leadership coach and mentor, with a particular focus on supporting women in leadership and parents navigating the challenges of raising complex teenagers.

Her professional career spans more than thirty years across corporate, SME, and entrepreneurial environments. She spent 20 years in the global corporate world, followed by 7 years in senior leadership roles within an SME, and 4 years in the start-up sector as COO and CEO.

Alongside her professional leadership roles, Michiko is also a mother of two and works as a consultant helping manage a trade and customs advisory firm.

She brings a deep commitment to human development and leadership growth, supporting individuals as they navigate careers, family life, and personal transformation in an increasingly complex world.
