Judith Spring

Judith Spring is a member of the Kingstown College Faculty and is involved in design and delivery of training programmes, consultancy and student support for the College. Having worked as a design engineer for Shell International in The Hague, Judith moved to Australia and set up her own consultancy specialising in Project Management and Controls, supporting companies to deliver large and complex projects. She joined Viterra, an extensive agribusiness with operations across Australia, as a Project Director leading major projects to deliver productivity. She then joined their Business Development group, developing and leading several initiatives supporting the expansionary aspirations of the company. In the now expanded company, Judith was appointed Operations Director, a position that leveraged her strong leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Moving to Ireland, Judith joined Kellogg’s European Headquarters, going on to lead the development of their supply chain strategy. As Director for Supply Chain Strategy for Europe, she developed plans for the Kellogg’s European supply network including investment and rationalisation opportunities to ensure cost and service competitiveness.

During her career, Judith has been a coach and mentor, particularly helping emerging women leaders to be more confident and more impactful. A vision to see more women having the choice to progress their careers has been the driver for her becoming a full-time coach, focusing on high potential women, to accelerate their growth and development for their own benefit and for the benefit of the organisations they work in.
