Jane Perry

Executive Coach & Faculty Member

Jane Perry is a member of the Kingstown College faculty. She is an Organisational Psychologist and Senior Practitioner Leadership and Executive Coach with over eight years’ experience coaching and mentoring individuals, groups and teams to help them thrive and fulfil their work-related ambitions. Jane’s is a ‘Strengths-Based Coach and her specialist areas include Positive leadership, Professional Confidence,  A Coaching Style of Management, Organisational Culture and Conflict Management, in addition to the business and people management topics relevant to leaders today.

Jane has over 25 years of senior leadership, sales management and business expertise in the Finance and Insurance Sectors and a further six years of management development consultancy work with Ibec, which adds a depth of business knowledge to her work with her Clients. Her individual and team coaching clientele spring form the world of Retail, Finance, Education, Tech, Not-for-Profit, Pharma and the Food industry as well as a number of Public Sector Authorities and Agencies. She is a member of the coaching panel with the Department of Education, three large corporates, two ‘Not for Profit’ organisations and four Public/Semi-Private bodies.

In 2020, Jane was awarded the EMCC Global EIA Senior Coach Practitioner Certification which demonstrates extensive coaching experience and an advanced level of knowledge and applicability within the coaching profession.

Jane’s professional ethos follows the principle that all human beings, groups and organisations are striving for growth and positive oriented change. She is one of a small group of Organisational Psychologists who combines Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and the rigour of a Constructivist approach to generate positive outcomes and facilitate personal and professional growth.
