Gerardo Tejo

Originally from Argentina, Gerardo has lived abroad for most of his adult and professional life. He practiced law for many years and has worked successfully in a wide range of environments.

He divides his time between Germany and the UK and works as an Executive Coach and Business Consultant, involved in various creative ventures.

For the last 15 years, he has immersed himself in the fields of HR & Personal Development, Business Management and Executive Education, with a focus on leadership training in the creative industries worldwide.

He has advised executives on their academic journeys and adopted coaching as a leadership style for almost 20 years. This has led him to enroll in the Professional Diploma in Mentoring and Coaching at Kingstown College and to start his own practice.

His passion for coaching, combined with the training he received during the program, inspired him to join the team as Head of Admissions. His goal is to share his experience and knowledge during the enrolment process of new participants and assist them with any queries they may have.
