Fabio Garganego

Fabio is a Faculty Member with Kingstown College, PCC ICF and EMCC Practitioner accredited, Team Coach and Corporate Well-Being Coach with a particular passion in Coaching teenagers and youth. He has over 10 years experience in coaching and mentoring teams in different organisations. He has a Master degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master in Organisation, Management and Innovation.

Fabio is fluent in English, French and Italian. Working and living in Ireland for the last 9 years.

Fabio has been developing the Italian market since 2020 and he is still involved in new projects with the Kingstown College. Fabio has held various leadership roles in Ireland & Italy both in private industry and in state bodies. Fabio’s primary experience is in the IT industry particularly working with platform as a service (PaaS) providers, he led teams in Tech companies and SMEs having experience in the financial, tech and public sectors also.

The love and passion in the care and maintenance of relationships with other people, the development of human potential in all its facets, brought him closer to coaching in a natural way.

He knows the importance of belonging and diversity is a value! Fabio’s true passion is for career coaching with particular emphasis on career decisions that may require a relocation which will impact the entire family.

He is involved in programmes in UK and Italy, which include Group Coaching, Team Coaching and 1:1.

Fabio has the passion of Team Coaching, co-create the PDTC Programme for Kingstown College. He loves coaching young people, giving them the opportunity to think and build their own future.
