Eoin McDonnell
He has led large-scale learning, coaching and organisational development agendas for multinational organisations, including serving as Head of Learning and Organisational Development at Fenergo and Leadership Development at PayPal, where his work has been recognised through multiple national and international awards for coaching, customer experience and leadership programmes.
Eoin combines deep commercial acumen with award-winning expertise in executive coaching, leadership development and consultative sales training, partnering with C suite leaders to design data-informed solutions that improve performance, customer outcomes and employee engagement across global sites. He has pioneered enterprise-wide coaching cultures, built high-performing, culturally agile teams, and designed measurement frameworks that link learning and coaching initiatives directly to business KPIs, including revenue, NPS and productivity.
He has extensive experience working across Europe, Asia and the Americas, with strengths in international sales and marketing, strategic partnerships, franchise and licensing models to enable the growth and development of Kingstown College. He is passionate about creating long term business value through a scalable operating model that supports business development ambitions.
