Rachael brings a wealth of experience, brain friendly techniques and the ability to demystify the behaviours leaders show that inspire, align and move people to action.

A Trinity educated Physiologist and Neuroscientist, Dr. Rachael Clarke spent 12 years with the FTSE 100 Bio Pharmaceutical company, AstraZeneca, holding senior leadership roles in Ethics, Compliance and Sustainability. She held a variety of leadership roles In Ireland, Europe and Globally, ultimately focusing on Learning and Development, sitting on the Global Sustainability Leadership Team navigating enterprise transformation, demystifying complexity and empowering employees.

As the Global Head of Employee Engagement and Education for Sustainability at AstraZeneca, Rachael led an international team overseeing Social learning academies, mentoring programmes and the Award winning Code of Ethics Awareness Programme for 70,000 employees.

Rachael coaches high potential leaders to be more daring, authentic and sustainable so they can bring their best selves to work. She uses brain- based strategies to transform the way people work and lead combining principles from Physiology, Neuroscience and Executive Presence to transform their impact.

Rachael facilitates for the NeuroLeadership Institute, a cognitive science consultancy working with the Top 100 companies worldwide. She holds Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching and is one of a few coaches in Ireland accredited to Coach Executive Presence. She is a member of the EMCC and a tutor for Kingstown College Ireland.
