Andrea Splendori

Andrea is a Faculty Member with Kingstown College, and a Life and Career Coach with a particular interest in Corporate Well-Being. Andrea specialises in Career and Life Coaching as well as Corporate Wellbeing with a primary focus on Team Building.

He has owned and run his own business for the past 20 years with a sales network that includes Ireland, UK and USA. Andrea’s passion for conversations has led him to work in radio, create and host his own podcasts as well as live chat shows in theatres. Having relocated to Ireland from Italy with no English and very little money at the age of 22, Andrea went on to manage a worldwide team of software engineers in the Localisation business, that included a relocation to Bangalore, India. Always inspired by people he works and meets through his personal and professional life, Andrea’s curiosity, compassion and belief in human potential has led him from broadcasting to coaching, a natural transition that he enjoys immensely. A great believer in enjoying life’s everyday gifts, he believes in creating the right environment to achieve this.

Andrea has been working with a number of individuals in the coaching and mentoring space both in English and in Italian. His 1:1 client’s profile has been made up of executives, manager and students, with special focus on balance and career progression as well as overcoming addition.

In the corporate space, Andrea has been involved in Corporate Wellbeing programmes with a number of organisations both in Ireland and Italy. The programmes include Group Coaching, Team Coaching and 1:1 elements. These organisation have been as varied as:

• Renewable energy providers

He is currently starting a project with the Italian branch of an international charity, which will include Group Coaching, Team Coaching and 1:1 elements.
